1. Shipping Fee &Time
Free shipping for order over $50.
Shipping to the United States:
Order placed before 5pm (PT) will be dispatched the same day excepts weekends or public holidays. Shipping and delivery is an additional 3-7 days.
Shipping to CA/AU/GB/IT:
Order placed before 5pm (PT) will be dispatched the next day excepts weekends or public holidays. Shipping and delivery is an additional 7-14 days.
Shipping to DE/FR:
Order placed before 5pm (PT) will be dispatched the next day excepts weekends or public holidays. Shipping and delivery is an additional 7-10 days.
Please allow up to 2 working days for processing your order. When your package is shipped, we will send you an email including a link and a tracking number so you can see the progress of your package.
During a sale event, shipping may be delayed due to the high volume of orders. We will process order ASAP, however if there is a significant delay, we will contact you through email.
2. Tracking Number
Once your order ships, we will send you an email including tracking number individually. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking update. If your tracking has no update over 3 working days, please contact us at onlinehelp@70mai.com, we are here to help.
3. Delivery Address
A correct and complete delivery address is essential. Otherwise your parcel may experience a delay or a lost which we are not responsible for due to the incorrect information provided by you (our customers).
We are unable to change the address once your package is already shipped out. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee.
4. Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
5. Order Modification
We don't offer order emendation after the order has been placed. If you want to change the item(s) of your order, please contact us in time to cancel the original order and replace it with a new one.

Why is video playback not available on mobile phone?
Please check whether your mobile phone supports HEVC decoding, if it doesn’t, playback of the high compression coded dash cam video will not be available.
This problem will not occur in mobile phones produced in the last four years. The 70mai APP will automatically detect whether the phone supports HEVC decoding and provide setting suggestions.
Why is the frame rate sometimes not 30fps when HDR mode is turned on in this dash cam?
This is to realize the anti-flicker effect on AC light source under HDR effect. You can set the anti-flicker frequency according to the local AC frequency.
Refer to the corresponding recording frame rates for each setting:
•60Hz for 30 fps video recording
•55Hz for approximately 28 fps
•50Hz for 25 fps
What are the advantages of HDR mode?
This model is equipped with hardware-level HDR capability, which can greatly optimize the imaging effect in scenarios with strong brightness contrast, such as the following:
•Entering and exiting tunnels or underground garages during the daytime on a sunny day
•Headlights shining directly on the license plate of the vehicle at night
•Shadow imaging of objects on the road in areas exposed to strong sunlight.
Is the 1080P resolution of this dash cam enough?
As an entry-level model, this dash cam provides 1080P resolution, which is the general resolution offered by products of this grade.
As a video recording device, resolution is not the only factor that determines the picture quality.
This model comes with an excellent hardware that delivers well-tuned image quality. Even when the resolution is set to 1080P, with features such as the robust master control, starlight night vision level advanced sensors, hardware-level HDR capability, high-quality lens, the resolution of the details remains outstanding compared with other mainstream 1080P dash cams on the market. In fact, it offers higher color fidelity and better imaging in complex light scenes.
Does this model support multi-way recording?
This model is an entry-level dash cam that cannot support various types of optional 70mai external expansion cameras.
Can I turn off the watermark on the dash cam screen?
The logo watermark on the dash cam screen can be turned off. Simply select the 'dash cam settings' tab on the device or on your mobile phone to turn off the watermark. However, the date and timestamp cannot be turned off.
Why are there no watermarks to indicate the vehicle speed or latitude/longitude?
This dash cam model does not support GPS satellite positioning, so the vehicle speed and latitude/longitude are not indicated by watermarks.
